Montseny Session IPA

Brewing style: BLONDE ALE. Top-fermented blonde beer adapted to the style of our country. With this beer we recover the traditional high fermentation of our Iberian ancestors. The recipe incorporates malts and hops used in the production of Pilsen-style (bottom-fermented) beers, or the Lager family.

Tasting notes: The sweet taste of pilsner malt is balanced by the bitterness of hops and is ideal for quenching thirst. Serving temperature between 4º and 8ºC at a low temperature we have the flavors and bitterness of the hops clearly defined and, in addition, it is very refreshing. But the optimal tasting in an Ale beer is achieved above 7ºC, when the textures and flavors produced by the fermentation of the Ale yeast emerge.
